Critique::  The straight line doesn't fit well.  Maybe extend one of the gold shapes or bring one of "The Mics" down for balance.  Keep it simple; "The Mics" going off of the page probably doesn't work.  And the angles need adjusting.

Nice movement, maybe change font, fill in top & bottom space a little more, and info.

Critique::  It looks like two separate posters.  Could bring it together by making "The Mics" bigger and overlap the background image.

Also added a drop shadow.

On the border line of too many fonts or variations.
